COVID-19

UPDATE as of October 31, 2022:

Despite the recent loosening of restrictions by the Government of Alberta, we continue to encourage COVID procedures to help our most vulnerable patients stay safe while attending their visit. These procedures include:

  • Masking is no longer required for patients or staff, however, masks continue to be welcome for everyone

  • Therapists are happy to mask upon request.

  • Rescheduling for major illness, and masks for mild cold and flu symptoms

  • Sanitization and Hand Hygiene.

Please read below for more info. Thanks for your understanding.

As Alberta’s fight against COVID-19 continues, we’re excited to get back to “normal”, but continue to put everyone’s safety first.

Provincial and regulatory COVID-19 precautions have been lifted but we remain focused on health and recovery of each person in our clinic. As such, we continue to encourage the following precautions when attending the clinic. Telehealth appointments remain an option for those unwell and unable to attend in person.

Please contact us to learn more.

For those patients who to wish to attend in person, here are some of things we are doing to help keep all of us safe:

  • MASKS

Masks are no longer required in the clinic for patients or staff, however they are welcome for anyone wishing to do so. Patients can request that their physiotherapist wear a mask during their appointment.

If you have any mild cold or flu like symptoms, we ask that you wear a mask to your appointment for the health and safety of others.

  • VACCINATION STATUS

While all patients are welcome at our clinic regardless of vaccination status, we are proud to share that 100% of our staff are fully immunized against COVID-19.

  • HEALTH SCREENING

Any patients suffering from major illness or significant cold and flu symptoms are asked to contact us to reschedule or arrange a telehealth option.

If rescheduling, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee.

  • SANITIZATION AND HAND HYGIENE

Equipment sanitization and hand hygiene procedures remain in place and will occur before, during, and after all visits.
