Austin Pinnell

MScPT

Austin completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MScPT) at the University of Alberta after earning his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Victoria.

Having competed in international rugby and provincial-level soccer, Austin understands firsthand the physical and mental demands that come with training, competition, injury, and recovery. As both a lifelong athlete and physiotherapy patient himself, he enjoys helping athletes and active individuals safely return to the activities they love with confidence.

Austin sees kids 10+, teenagers and adults. He loves working with all athletes, specifically rugby and soccer players. He also loves seeing arm and hand concerns!

Care Philosophy:

Austin takes a practical, patient-centered approach to treatment that combines education, hands-on therapy, and exercise-based rehabilitation tailored to each individual’s goals. He believes patients should feel listened to, understand their injury, and feel confident throughout the recovery process.
