Harmehek sees kids of all ages (including babies!), young athletes, and adults who've had various orthopaedic or neurological injuries such as stroke and TBI. Harmehek enjoys all things sports and neuro-related! As a graduate from the University of Alberta, she is eager to work with all ages, ranging from the infant to elderly populations. She takes pride in ensuring communication and active listening to build a treatment plan tailored towards her clients. She looks forward to providing quality care and promoting a great quality of life for her clients through movement!
Ages treated: Harmehek treats all ages from babies to seniors.
Physio Special Interests: Infants and toddlers with gross motor delays, developmental conditions, or Cerebral Palsy.
Care Philosophy: Harmehek focuses her care on active listening to learn more about your interests to help tailor a treatment plan with emphasis on education and exercise. She is a firm believer of "exercise is medicine."
