No matter what your age, physio should be fun!

We feel physio shouldn’t be an intimidating experience filled with "no pain no gain" attitudes.  Rather, our approach is to be relaxed enough to make the experience enjoyable, but professional enough to still exceed your expectations.   From our staff, to our facility, to our approach, we feel that the more enjoyable your experience is, the more successful your program will be.

What makes us so different?

Our Approach

From our staff, to our facility, to our Pet Therapy program, our goal is to put you at ease and make your experience as enjoyable as possible. We undertand that, especially when working with our younger clients, a negative experience will give negative results, so we strive to put a smile on your face while you work through your rehab program!

One on One Care

Longer appointment times mean more time with our physios.  This gives us the opportunity to better customize YOUR program to YOU, and for you to have all your questions answered.

You are in charge

The only person that can define success in your rehab program, is you!   Whether your goal is to simply feel less pain, get back on the field, or get back to work, we will work with you to create a plan to help get YOU where YOU want to go!

If you don't understand what is wrong, how can you help fix the problem?  Our physios take the time to explain what is going on, and what you need to do about it.  Plus, doctors, coaches, and family members can all be included in your plan to help ensure success.  Our physios will work within your “team” to make sure you meet your goals.

Active Rehab

Exercise is Medicine!   We feel that no matter what your age or diagnosis, getting moving can help.  Expect a home program to help maintain your progress and keep you feeling better, longer.

Community involvement

As our organization has grown, our community has given us incredible support.  As such, we strongly believe in giving back within our community whenever possible.  Our success is defined by the success of our patients, our families, and our community!  Supporting local charities, initiatives, and businesses is key to that success.
